I believe women have the right to choose the way they give birth!!
I will teach my students about nutrition, weight gain, excercise, anatomy of the changing woman's body, how to create a birth plan, stages of labor and how to manage each stage, comfort measures, massage strokes to help Mom stay calm and relaxed. And a definate must...INTERVENTIONS and how to avoid them. We will incorporate videos, role playing, and question/answer . Something for everyone!! My hope is for you to leave this class feeling empowered and confident that you will make the best choice for you and your baby and your support person will feel ready to support you on your special day!!!
Group classes are done in a 5 week series lasting approximately 2 hours per class. OR
you can request private in home classes tailored to fit your needs and schedule.
